Building a new credit agency system with scaled agility

The goal of the project was to build a new, high-performance credit agency system based on Java EE. Because of the very high number of transactions, the product placed extreme performance demands on the system architecture. I developed a suitable architecture, documented it, and communicated it to the four Scrum teams that built the product using the LeSS framework (Large-Scale Scrum).
From 2016, I took on the role of Technical Product Owner of a team that developed and provided platform functions for the system. I aligned requirements with the other teams and technical departments, turned them into a backlog, and prioritised the epics together with all stakeholders by their expected business value.
