In a group in the automotive industry, different divisions used different tools to manage requirements. Since several divisions are usually involved in the group's value chains, an overarching view of the requirements and a synchronised completion of products were needed. In the project, the existing requirements processes were captured, optimised, and synchronised; then an architecture for integrating the remaining tools was designed and implemented.
