A mobile network operator wanted to move its entire customer base to a new contract model. The migration covered not only the contract data but also transferring the customers from one network operator to another. For this, a migration process based on Camunda BPM was built that orchestrated internal and external systems. Once the foundational architecture was in place, I guided the project as architect and as Technical Product Owner.
