A statutory health insurer wanted to build a system landscape for automating critical business processes. The collaboration began with evaluating and selecting a suitable BPM platform. After that, I guided the design of the foundational architecture and the development processes. Both were based on quality criteria worked out together with the client and on the company's existing processes. I then supported the rollout of the system landscape and the new development processes, and the change process that came with it.
