At the start, I developed a target architecture and a process model for agile business process development across business and IT departments together with an insurance company. Both were tried out in a first pilot project and refined based on the experience. Over the course of the engagement, the coached team implemented a large number of critical business processes with the established process model; support on the business and IT side was then handed over to the line organisation.
The client considered the project a complete success, highlighting in particular the quality of the business processes developed and the high speed of the team.
